When did you fall in love with hair?
I’m pretty sure I fell in love with hair as a teenager. My hair never stayed the same color. It never occurred to me then I could make my love my career!

What part of your craft are you most passionate about?
I love complete changes! Makeovers! Especially when they involve extensions. I’m in love with color science/chemistry.

What is your favorite thing to do when not behind the chair?
Traveling for sure! So many places to go. I love when family and friends can go with me!

When did you fall in love with hair?
I fell in love with hair when I realized I can make my clients feel beautiful inside and out. I love every day that I am involved in it!

What part of your craft are you most passionate about?
I am most passionate with my craft because I get to create. Whether it be a hair cut or a really fun color, each head is my canvas. I love how my industry is constantly changing and evolving each and every day. Which means as a stylist I am learning new techniques, formulas and ways to be better than I was the day before.

What is your favorite thing to do when not behind the chair?
Well, I have 3 daughters at home that keep me busy for sure. I love to spend time with my family & create memories that will last forever.

When did you fall in love with hair?
I remember the very first time my mom let me put color on my hair. I must’ve been about 11 years old. It was a god awful copper overlay color from Rite-Aid, but it changed everything. From that day forward you could find me following hair tutorials every morning, trying to find my own style and creativity. When I found makeup a few years later it sealed the deal. I knew that both would be a huge part of my future.

What part of your craft are you most passionate about?
I am obsessed with helping people find their next big thing. Let’s chop your length, let’s brighten up your color! A whole new look for a whole new you. It’s crazy how much a dramatic haircut can do for your life! If you want a big change but are afraid to pull the trigger, I’m your girl.

What are your favorite things to do behind the chair?
My heart has been absolutely stolen by balayage. It’s such a personalized and artistic form of highlighting. As an artist, it’s wonderful to be able to have a clear vision, and paint it onto hair just as I want it. I truly believe there’s a balayage style for every face. It just takes the right questions to find the right one for you!

When did you fall in love with hair?
I fell in love with hair when I discovered how empowering it is for someone to feel good about how they look. I love how you can really project a statement and emphasize your individuality with your hairstyle. I grew up with “problematic” hair as some have called it. I know how difficult it is to learn to understand and love your own hair. I want to help you do that. There is no such thing as “bad hair” there is just a lack of understanding. When you’re in my chair I don’t simply provide “a cut” or “a color.” I provide HAIR CARE. I want you to know I am here for you! Your hair is the crown you never take off. Wear it proudly, treat it kindly, and life is too short for it to be boring. Dare.

What part of your craft are you most passionate about?
Oh man, there is so much love about this industry! In terms of what I do? I love feeling like a mad scientist working passionately to formulate just the right mix to make you look and feel amazing. It can be deciding the right tone for you, or help you take your look from one end of the spectrum to the other, or helping a gentleman step up his game with latest in men’s barbering. At the end of the day, I just want to see you smile and send you out feeling ready to conquer the world!

What are your favorite things to do when not behind the chair?
When I am not behind the chair I love to relax, enjoy a bit silence and spend lots of time with my loved ones. I love to stay active, discovery and adventure. It is also very important to me to NEVER lose that fire for what I love. So I do my best to stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques so I can share the joy with you. Thank you for allowing to do what I love most!

Molly - Hair Stylist

When did you fall in love with hair?
I fell in love with hair once I realized how much a good cut, or a unexpected pop of color could bring a smile to someone’s face. I have the power to really boost someone’s confidence, and there is nothing in this world I’d rather do then exactly that.

What part of your craft are you most passionate about?
To get the most from your service, trust your sylist! My most wonderful creations are made when my client say “Go!” And let me do my thing. The minute you sit in my chair I can already tell you what colors I’d chose to compliment your skin tone the most and something to really make your eyes pop. This is what I am most passionate about.

What are your favorite things to do when not behind the chair?
When not behind the chair, I still love to be playing with colors and textures, you can check them out on my etsy shop “etsy.com/shop/TheRedBrickRoad”

Kelli - Hair Stylist

When did you fall in love with hair?
As cliche as it sounds it was back when I was a little kid. I was giving all my barbies and other dolls haircuts and new hairstyles. I didn’t like how plain they came in the box so I always had to give it my spin. And of course in my teen years, I was always the go to person for coloring hair funky colors including my own.

What part of your craft are you most passionate about?
Although I love every aspect of the hair industry, I am truly most passionate about those little transformations that can make a client feel as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside. Especially when I’m doing their hair for their wedding day, prom, charity event etc. To be included on some of the most memorable days of their lives is truly special.

What are your favorite things to do when not behind the chair?
When I’m not in the shop, I am with my husband and my 2 little kiddos busy creating memories together.
